Back in July, I celebrated my 35th birthday! Three… Five… I can’t believe it! I can remember my parents and some of my older friends talking about how much my body would change back when I was 25, if I didn’t stay consistent with regular movement and a healthier diet. Let’s just say, I didn’t listen. I’ve always been rather slim and full of life however, three kids, a husband, a full-time job, & a PhD program later, my health and wellness routines haven’t been the best. This summer, I decided to take control of my health and wellness routines. In addition to better eating habits and walking, In August, I started implementing Tru Niagen into my daily routine.
What is Tru Niagen?
Tru Niagen is a unique form of vitamin B3 that is clinically proven to safely replenish your body’s NAD+ – don’t know what that is? Don’t feel bad because neither did I. NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is an essential regulator of our cellular metabolism and every cell in our body and practically everything our body does relies on NAD+. So now at the age of 35, my lifestyle has changed, combined with the fact that I am constantly on the go, hitting daily stressors be it at the office, at home. My body is taking a beating both mentally and even more so physically this is why I want to make sure my cells and body have all the resources they need to stay energized and are performing at their best.
Why Tru Niagen?
You guys know you’re always going to get the real truth here especially when it comes to my health so here is the full rundown of what I thought.
Even though I’ve only been taking the supplements for a few weeks, I definitely am feeling a difference in my energy levels. For the first three days of taking the supplement I was a little tired but, after the three days I was feeling rejuvenated.
A cup of coffee is a part of my daily routine my 2nd week of taking the supplements I went from drinking coffee every day to 4-5 days a week,
I’ve been getting 7+ hours of uninterrupted sleep (unless my toddler wakes up lol).
It was EASY to incorporate into my routine! During the week I have been able to wake up early, feed my kids, do my morning routine all without feeling overwhelmed or exhausted.

Time doesn’t stop, and in order for us to balance our busy lifestyles, we have to make sure that we’re doing our best to age gracefully and maximize feeling good from the inside out! I will continue taking Tru Niagen because I noticed a big difference in my energy levels over these past few weeks and am looking forward to seeing the results over the next few months.
