The IRE Impact
IRE began as a content creation workshop and evolved into a movement when we realized that content was only the entry point. Behind it were deeper challenges faced by Black and Brown women:
● Lack of consistent support and community
● Difficulty with execution and follow-through
● Isolation in entrepreneurship and motherhood
● Confidence eroded by comparison and vanity metrics
● Misalignment between gifts, calling, and strategy

Our
Founder
Angelique “AngieBWinn” Winfield is a creative director, content strategist, and educator with over a decade of experience helping women show up with confidence, clarity, and purpose—both online and in real life.
She is the founder of AngieBWinn LLC and the visionary behind IRE – It’s REEL Easy, a conference and educational platform designed to equip women entrepreneurs, creatives, and small business owners with the strategy, confidence, and tools needed to grow sustainably. What began as content creation workshops has evolved into a multi-day experience addressing not only business and branding, but also mindset, identity, and wellness.
With a background in strategic communications and public speaking, Angelique bridges storytelling and structure—teaching women how to create impactful content while remaining rooted in alignment, stewardship, and authenticity. Her work is especially focused on supporting multi-hyphenate women who are building businesses, raising families, and navigating purpose-driven careers.
Through conferences, workshops, and creative direction, Angelique is committed to helpingwomen move from overwhelm to execution—and from visibility to impact.
